* Flat fee rates are based on an estimated hourly rate, which may be exceeded and payment for said "extra" hours will be discussed and compensated to the provider on a per project basis.
** Discounted fee rates allow Continuum Digital to use Work Product for advertising efforts and as examples of work performed. Client does not retain copyright exclusions to distribution of work by this provider. If the Client choses to exercise copyright exclusion rights, Client would have to pay full rate and receive said rights documentation. This can be done, at any future point, after accepting and paying discounted rate.
Discounted fee rates are DUE and PAYABLE upon receipt of invoice. A three (3) day grace period applies. If the discounted fee invoice becomes past due (ten (10) days after presentation of said invoice), the discounted rate may be adjusted to full rate and collection proceedings may be initiated.
